GiDOMUS accelerates the energy renovation of residential buildings through the establishment of a comprehensive support mechanism that will raise awareness among citizens, streamline and simplify the renovation process, stimulate the local economy, train professionals, and create synergies with existing support initiatives to amplify its impact.

This will be achieved by using the DOMUS program, an integrated energy renovation service based on the one-stop-shop model, driven by the Europace Foundation.

GiDOMUS will develop a self-sustaining financing model by combining different options for private financing and public collaboration. The project will also focus on key aspects such as professional training and social inclusion aimed at energy poverty and gender equity.
