The last Friday 23 January, GiDomus signed its first agreement with a homeowners’ association in Roses (Girona) to process the Energy Savings Certificate (CAE), a scheme that allows the recovery of part of the investment made in energy-efficient building renovations.
This service, completely free of charge at GiDomus offices, enables the recovery of between 5% and 10% of the investment and is compatible with the Next Generation subsidy.
In this case, the association has decided to allocate the recovered funds to its reserve fund for future building interventions. The agreement was made possible thanks to the trust of the first property management company to collaborate with GiDomus, the agency Cervera & Cervera.
GiDomus plans to extend this agreement model to other communities managed by the same agency, thereby reinforcing support for energy-efficient renovations and promoting improvements in building energy performance.
This collaboration forms part of the recently signed agreement with CAFGi to provide the GiDomus support service for energy-efficient building renovations, aimed at assisting property managers across the province of Girona.
