The last January 23rd, GiDomus signed a collaboration agreement with the College of Property Administrators of Girona (CAFGi), with the aim of promoting the energy refurbishment of residential buildings and facilitating the energy transition in the Girona regions.
The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation between both entities to provide support and guidance to the professional group of registered property administrators, as key agents in the management of the residential building stock, as well as to homeowners’ associations wishing to promote energy refurbishment projects.
Through this agreement, CAFGi actively collaborates with GiDomus to facilitate access for sector professionals and the general public to specialised services that contribute to improving the energy efficiency of buildings and achieving the objectives set out in current regulations and European directives.
With this collaboration, we strengthen the support of key agents in the energy transformation of the territory.
