GiDomus organizes a working breakfast on financing models for energy rehabilitation.

Next Thursday, December 18, 2025, GiDomus will hold a working breakfast at Espai Clúster (Carrer de Milà i Fontanals, 14, 3rd floor, Barcelona), from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., to take an in-depth look at innovative financing models to promote the energy renovation of homes. The session will also include the Q4 plenary meeting of the Financing Working Group.

During the meeting, attendees will learn first-hand about the results-based financing (Results-Based Financing) model that GiDomus is applying to finance its one-stop-shop offices. This model shifts the focus from traditional financing towards tangible and verifiable impacts, such as renovated homes, energy savings, integration of renewable energy, and improved comfort in vulnerable households.

The objective of the event is to explore how payments can be linked to energy and social results, identify the stakeholders involved—payers, investors, service providers, and independent verifiers—and present the opportunities this approach offers to generate greater public and social value with the same resources.

GiDomus invites all sector stakeholders and interested institutions to take part in this practical and informative session, which represents a unique opportunity to understand how impact-based financing can transform energy renovation in Catalonia.
